• Project Framework: Services are provided under defined project tiers (Copper, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond), with scope determined by allocated project hours and the agreed-upon Statement of Work (SOW).
  
• Scope Changes: Any request for services or deliverables exceeding the agreed-upon SOW or allocated hours will require a written addendum, a change order, and a corresponding adjustment in fees and timeline.
  
• Client Cooperation: Timely provision of necessary information, feedback, and assets by the client is essential for project deadlines. Delays attributable to the client may necessitate a revised project schedule.

• Client Materials: You warrant that any materials (logos, text, images, data) provided to Recreatus for use in a project are owned by you or that you have full legal rights to use them.
  
• Agency Work Product: Upon receipt of final payment, ownership of the final, agreed-upon creative deliverables (e.g., final logo, campaign creative, website code) transfers to the client.
  
• Agency Rights: Recreatus retains the right to use non-confidential project results and client names in agency marketing materials (e.g., the Project Section of our website) and case studies unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• Fees: Fees are based on the allocated hours and scope defined in the SOW for the selected project tier.
  
• Invoicing: All invoices are due upon receipt or according to the specific payment schedule outlined in the SOW. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

Recreatus is an agency providing creative, strategic, and technical services. We make no guarantees regarding specific results, market performance, or sales increases (e.g., we cannot guarantee "controlling markets"). Our liability to the client for any claim arising from the services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service under which the liability arose.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
