• Collaborate with Copywriters and Strategists to ensure the "look" and "hook" are perfectly aligned.
  
• Create high-fidelity mockups, storyboards, and design systems that define brand worlds.
  
• Stay ahead of design trends to keep the agency at the cutting edge of visual culture.
  
• Present work internally and to stakeholders, defending bold visual choices with strategic logic.
  
• Iterate quickly based on performance data without compromising the artistic vision.

• 5+ years of experience in art direction or senior-level design within an agency environment.
  
• A portfolio that demonstrates a mastery of visual hierarchy, brand identity, and multi-platform campaigns.
  
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  
• Strong understanding of digital-first design and UI/UX principles.
  
• A self-starting attitude and the ability to manage multiple high-priority deadlines.
