A charismatic strategist with a hunter’s mindset. You are someone who can spot an opportunity from a mile away and has the "closer" energy needed to turn a cold lead into a long-term agency partner.

WHAT WE CAN DO FOR YOU

Give you the autonomy to shape the agency’s client portfolio and the chance to lead high-stakes pitches that will put our new corporate entity on the map.

WHAT YOU CAN DO FOR US

  • Identify and qualify new business leads and potential client partnerships.
  • Lead the development of pitch decks and "RFP" (Request for Proposal) responses in collaboration with the Creative and Brand Units.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects using CRM tools.
  • Network on behalf of the agency at industry events and within digital communities.
  • Negotiate initial contract terms and oversee the transition of "won" business to the Brand Manager.

WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO THE TABLE

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or high-level account management (Agency experience preferred).
  • A proven track record of winning new business and hitting growth targets.
  • Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills—you can "command a room" (virtually or in person).
  • Strong understanding of the advertising landscape and what makes an agency competitive.
  • A self-starting, resilient attitude; you view "no" as a stepping stone to "yes."
