WHAT YOU CAN DO FOR US

  • Lead the "Corporate Migration" onboarding for all new and transitioning contractors/employees.
  • Manage the recruitment lifecycle, from drafting job posts to conducting initial screenings.
  • Maintain the agency’s handbook, ensuring all policies reflect our culture and current labor laws.
  • Mediate internal conflicts and act as a confidential resource for team members.
  • Coordinate professional development initiatives and agency-wide culture events.

WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO THE TABLE

  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources or People Operations (Agency or Startup experience is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, benefits administration, and contract management.
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and project management tools.
  • A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in every aspect of the hiring process.

Experience using Gemini to draft policy documentation, conduct blind resume reviews, and automate onboarding checklists.
