Act as the technical bridge between our digital creative work and the internal/external infrastructure that keeps the agency running at peak efficiency.

WHO WE NEED

A tech-forward optimizer. You love finding "a better way to do things" and enjoy troubleshooting complex digital challenges, from Discord server architecture to Shopify automation.

WHAT WE CAN DO FOR YOU

Give you a sandbox to build and optimize the technical ecosystem of a modern agency while simultaneously solving real-world digital product challenges.

WHAT YOU CAN DO FOR US

  • Architect and optimize the internal Discord server for maximum team collaboration and automated alerts.
  • Provide technical assistance to the Digital Unit with platform integrations, API challenges, and tracking bugs.
  • Set up and maintain workflow automations (Zapier/Make) to link agency tools and save time.
  • Assist in the technical setup of client digital products, ensuring tracking and analytics are functional.
  • Act as the first line of defense for internal technical hurdles and platform optimizations.

WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Strong technical aptitude and a history of managing digital communities or servers.
  • Understanding of web technologies (HTML/CSS) and how APIs connect different platforms.
  • Expert knowledge of Discord server management (Roles, Permissions, Webhooks, and Bots).
  • A "tinkerer" mindset—you don't stop until the technical solution is found.
  • Ability to translate technical jargon into "human" for the rest of the agency.
