WHO WE NEED

A hungry, detail-oriented creator who lives in design software and is eager to learn how the agency world works from the inside out.

WHAT WE CAN DO FOR YOU

Teach you the fundamentals of agency workflow and how to design for real-world business results while sharpening your craft under senior mentorship.

WHAT YOU CAN DO FOR US

  • Execute the rollout of campaign assets across social media, web, and print.
  • Maintain organized file structures and follow strict brand guidelines to ensure consistency.
  • Participate in creative brainstorms and offer fresh, contemporary visual perspectives.
  • Support the Senior Art Director in preparing pitch decks and client presentations.
  • Take feedback with a growth mindset and iterate designs to reach perfection.

WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO THE TABLE

  • 1–2 years of design experience (a standout portfolio of personal or internship work is a must).
  • Solid foundation in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • A high degree of organization and obsession with detail (no typos or broken links on your watch).
  • A "no task is too small" mindset and a desire to contribute to a winning team.
