WHO WE NEED

A problem-solver who views code as a creative medium. You are eager to build high-performance websites and aren't afraid to dive into a complex backend to make things work.

WHAT WE CAN DO FOR YOU

Expose you to high-level agency workflows and modern tech stacks, teaching you how to build for speed, SEO, and "award-winning" design.

WHAT YOU CAN DO FOR US

  • Assist in the front-end development of responsive websites and landing pages.
  • Maintain and update existing client sites (Shopify, WordPress, or custom builds).
  • Collaborate with the UX Designer to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.
  • Troubleshoot bugs and optimize site performance for speed and SEO.
  • Research new web technologies and plugins that could benefit our digital unit.

WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO THE TABLE

  • 1–2 years of experience in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Familiarity with Shopify Liquid or other CMS-specific languages.
  • A basic understanding of Git/version control and deployment workflows.
  • High attention to detail—you care about clean code and "the little things."
  • Ability to work collaboratively with non-technical team members.
